1. A motivational knowledge information (coded as MKI)
2. A good intended initiative (coded as GII) was a divine principle like a spontaneous skill to seek treatment, a phenomenon that, later, Adam and Eve display in the rationalization of their nakedness, because, later, it is consolidated by God. Following their acquired perception of their "knowledge of the good and evil" through their consumming of the "divine forbidden fruit" (coded as DFF), Adam and Eve made vestments using their "nurturing ecosystem" (coded as NE) to protect themselves from another since-but-before unknown phenomenon, which was their inner feeling of their nakedness as shame (See, Genesis Book in the Bible). Differently from their feeling of no shame, when observing the divine instructions guiding their use of the goods of their nurturing, their feeling of shame also due to their perception of their nakedness and its implications is the consequences of first, their listening to the evil pretense in the serpent, second, their temptation in discovering otherwise the tree of the "knowledge of good and evil" linked to given inevitable death, and third, their sin in eating the "divine forbidden fruit" of this tree (See, the process of evil consequences). Later, in spite of the process of evil consequences that yields the feeling of shame and they have sought its treatment in vesting themselves and hidding from God, Adam and Eve also have found the use of their "physical likeness difference" (coded as PLD; i.e., anatomy) of their nakedness in discovering and exercising a given human sexuality that yields feeling of wellbeing and a co-procreation of a third and fourth "human beings" (coded as HB) like them (See, their first children). They discover their "sexual and reproductive potential" (coded as SRP; i.e., physiology) in their nakedness. In a "truth studying approach" (coded as TSA) for the human "health, life, and medicine economy" (coded as HLME), as consequences of their good intended initiative, they displayed the same two properties like the motivational knowledge information (coded as MKI) as the divine instructions in the use of their nurturing ecosystem. Perceived with Adam and Eve, in addition with its sexual and reproductive potential, a potential for diagnosis or discernment and treatment, a good intended initiative was carrying a purpose of spiritual care and medicine (coded as SCM). The two properties of the good intended initiative of Adam and Eve consisted in, first, spiritually oriented impact (coded as SOI) that would allow the good attitude formation (coded as GAF), the good emotional formation (coded as GEF), and the good behavioral formation (coded as GBF), and, second, biologically oriented impact (coded as BOI) that would allow the unconscious harmony of the health and the life (coded as UHHL). As a divine principle, a good intended initiative in Adam and Eve showed God’s approval as good, healthy, and betterment in the process of discovering and owning one’s human true self or being (coded as HTSB), however given situation and context of life (coded as SCL) or a conscientious specific event of life (coded as CSEL). Later, in their children Cain and Abel, the two properties of action of a good intended initiative were observed and highlighted in first, a given test of life and death (coded as TLD) or second, a given test of health and life issues (coded as THLI). The test of life and death or health and life issue was, first, a conscientious specific event of life like, for example, onset natural universal feelings (coded as ONUF; feelings such as sadness, anguish, dilemma, compassion, desire, fatigue, hunger, thirst, initial inevitable feeling syndrome [coded as IFS: meditation, urge, stress, distress, pain, and suffering], sorrow, and grief), or , second, unsolved health and life questioning (coded as UHLQ) in modern unhealthy dynamics (coded as MUD) and self’s unhealthy dynamics (coded as SUD). Those two properties of action (See, spiritually oriented impact and biological oriented impact) in a good intended initiative would allow to experience the relief feeling mode (coded as RFM) of given onset natural universal feelings and unsolved health and life questioning in durability and quality. The measure of this relief feeling mode would be, first, the healthy universal feeling (coded as HUF) as peace, joy, wellness, justice, and belief, and, second, the human spiritual potential’s expression (coded as HSPE) as faith, hope, love, trust, and freedom. Despite their sin, in their privileged individual situation (coded as PIS) as being in direct relationship with God, through Adam and Eve, it was given to discover the second divine principle that was a good intended initiative. As a divine principle, like the motivational knowledge information of God, a good intended initiative was the second spiritual psychomedicine causing given harmony of health and life as wellbeing or healthy being to activate and impact the human spirit, soul, and body in a given situation and context of life. They felt shame and sought hiding from the truth of themselves and of God. Beside his motivational knowledge information and their interview following their sin, highlighting his favor for the good intended initiative in the gift of the second born, for the first time, God showed his interaction in relationship with the first born child of Adam and Eve. This interaction stated in word God’s will and plan to inspire knowledge and motivation for preventing and overcoming the process of temptation and sin (coded as PTS), a factor of the inevitable death. By neglecting, ignoring, and being indifferent to the divine visible help (coded as DVH) and divine direct help (coded as DDH) , Cain allowed to discern this process of temptation and sin. As health psychology, its expression was to hide from God and other beings of the nurturing ecosystem and to seek treatment of their internal feeling. This natural feeling was shame, because naked, as their intelligence was activated to perceive good and evil and also as they recalled God’s warning that they will die for eating from the tree of knowledge of Good and evil linked to inevitable death. In the truth study approach, like their parents, Cain allowed to establish a link among the knowledge of good and evil linked to death due to goods, mindsets, sin, and evil pretense. According to the Bible, as a human inherited self or being (coded as HISB) from their parental human original sin, the first, Cain obviously displayed the human evil spirit (coded as HES) linked to the perpetration of death, because his brother Abel became a threat in a competition to be a divine favorite. Abel’s gift to God having pleased God allowed to define the divine ideal situation and context lost due to their parents’ sin. Cain’s gift allowed to define the altered ideal situation and context, as it led to the divine warning about sin.
